I created Wander & Heals during the most painful time of my life — a time when I didn’t know how to breathe, how to move, or how to hold my own grief, let alone the grief of those I love.
I watched my mother suffer.
I watched my daughter shrink into silence.
And I found myself asking: Who is comforting who?
No one had the answers.
So I decided to begin again — even if it meant crawling.
This space isn’t just a blog.
It’s a whisper from the earth.
It’s a soft hand on the back when you’re trying not to cry.
It’s what I needed when I felt invisible, broken, and alone.
I believe nature can hold us.
I believe peace isn’t something we find — it’s something we remember.
And I believe that even in the middle of grief, beauty still exists.
Wander & Heals is for anyone who needs to remember that.
You don’t need to be okay to start.
You don’t even need to be strong.
You just need to be willing to take one gentle step.
Let this be it.
“I didn’t know how to heal, so I stepped outside and let the wind remind me that I was still breathing.”
