A sanctuary of soothing rituals, sounds, and soul whispers.
these are the tools that have helped me wander inward... to feel peace again. I offer them to you with love. come as you are.
1.Calming Frequencies
Let sound guide you home to yourself.
Certain sounds carry a kind of magic.
They shift the mind, soften the body, and bring the heart into stillness.
Here are a few you can listen to anytime you need to calm your nervous system or clear your emotional space:
432Hz Alpha waves heal the whole body, spirit, emotional, mental & physical
528Hz love sound good for meditation and relaxation
Deep Focus and clarity 432Hz 741Hz 963Hz or whatever your heart desires
2. Nature Prescriptions
The earth holds medicine no bottle can contain.
If you're feeling heavy or disconnected, go outside. Stand barefoot on the grass, sit beneath a tree, or walk near water. Even just a few deep breaths under the sky can change your entire mood.
My favorite nature rituals:
- Lay under a tree and let sunlight flicker through the leaves
- walk by water and listen with your whole body
- pick up a small stone and carry it as a grounding charm
- whisper your worries into the wind
Nature listens. Every single time.
3.Journaling prompts for the soul
Your story is medicine. your pages are sacred
Writing can help us untangle what lives inside. try one of these prompts when you feel lost, overwhelmed, or just want to connect:
- “Right now, I need more of_______ and less of______.”
- “I forgive myself for…”
- describe a place that made you free.”
- “If my grief could speak, what would it say?”
- “What would I tell the younger version of me right now?”
Write slowly, With love. With no judgement. Just let it flow.
4.Mindful Breathing Practice
Inhale peace. Exhale pressure.
Here’s a simple breathing ritual you can do anytime:
- Inhale for 4 counts
- Hold for 4
- Exhale for 6
- Repeat 4 times (place your hand over your heart as you do this. Tell yourself: “I am here. I am safe.”)
You can also try box breathing (4-4-4-4) if you are feeling anxious.
or just sit in silence, eyes closed and listen to your breath like is the ocean.
Affirmations & Loving Reminders
Speak gently to yourself. You are listening.
Words hold power. Speak these aloud or write them somewhere visible:
- I’m worthy of rest.
- My body is not broken; it is communicating.
- I honor my pain, but I am not ruled by it.
- I am allowed to begin again, as many times as I need.
- Healing doesn’t mean forgetting. It means remembering with peace.
If you feel called, record your own voice saying them. Listening to your own healing words is an act of deep self-love.
Final Words
There's no right or wrong way to heal.
You are not behind. You are not broken.
You are becoming - and I'm walking with you in spirit.
